Strategy

Designed a responsive pet adoption website focused on UX, allowing users to easily input preferences, filter through options, and view care requirements. This streamlined design helps users find the right pets, eases the load on shelters, and strengthens connections with the public and animal care professionals.

User Flow - Lifestyle preferences

User Problem:
Users want an efficient and easy way to search for adoptable pets that match their preferences and lifestyles without feeling overwhelmed by irrelevant options or confusing website layouts.

Solution:
The website features an intuitive and responsive design with a streamlined user journey. Users can quickly input adoption preferences (size, age, and energy level) using simple filters to narrow down thousands of available pets. Clickable photos display detailed profiles showcasing each pet's care requirements, personality traits, and health information. The design minimizes clicks, providing a smooth, efficient experience from browsing to application.

Results:
The website improved user experience by personalizing and simplifying the search process, allowing users to find suitable pets more quickly. This led to greater satisfaction and confidence in adoption, reduced unnecessary inquiries for rescues and shelters, and fostered a stronger connection to the shelter community, enhancing trust in the adoption system.
